Catalyst Recovery Filter
Catalysts in chemical processes (often Palladium and Nickel on activated Carbon) must be removed from gas mixtures or liquid solutions. A lot of different chemical processes are started or forced by catalysts. These catalysts are often based on Palladium or Nickel coated carbon.
Catalyst Recovery Filter in H2O2 production
Hydrogen peroxide is used as a base for many chemical and industrial processes, such as paper bleaching. Our filters are used for catalyst recovery in H2O2 production of well-known chemical enterprises.
Used in gas instrumentation for autogenous welding. Avoids backstroke of flame into the gas bottle.
Flow Restrictors are required when specified gas / liquid flows are required or low quantities of gas / liquid must be measured.
Low pressure, high volume gas is blown into bulk material (e.g. pulverized coal Injection, dairy products ...) to prevent bridge building during discharge.
Oil Burner Filter
Oil Burners are used in oil powered central heating systems. Filters are used for final oil filtration before spraying through the nozzle into the burner.
Silencers are installed in pneumatic devices wherever compressed air is set free to atmosphere. Bronze silencer can reduce noise up to 20 dB.
Polymer Industry Filter
Polymers are precursor and intermediate stages of all kind of plastics. There are a lot of different applications and filtration stages from raw material to final products for example plastic fibers and foils.
Filter cap catches fine particles before entering analyzer, but lets gas pass. Equal pore size distribution, different alloys available, thread can be sinter bonded to the filter.
For multiple reasons liquids are sparged with different gases. E.g. O2,O3 at waste water treatment plants or to drinking water, N2,CO2 for beverages or chemical process gases for various applications. Porous media is at the bottom and gas is applied into the liquid.
Viscose is produced from wood, straw and reed. In several stages the cellulose is separated from other components of the plants by different solvents which have to be washed out.
